You will have a hunger for digital and be able to work within a team of designers, art directors, developers and producers to produce award winning work. You will be equally comfortable working on games and interactive experiences as well as layout design and banner work. You must be highly organised and used to producing large scale projects with sophisticated creative and technical requirements, from interactive experiences and games through to complex UX & CMS web builds. Able to work well within a team, you will encourage and support staff and clients, and be exemplary in your communication skills and reporting skills.

Account Manager |
We are looking for an energetic, creative and highly organised account manager to join our growing team, working with an exciting and varied client list. You must be passionate about digital and able to work closely with clients and team members to deliver high quality and award winning interactive projects. Working alongside the production team, you will be primarily client-facing, and able to communicate ideas and processes, expert in negotiation and able to ensure the best solution to a client problem intelligently and with the agency's best interests at heart. You will be responsible for the day to day running of accounts, strategic account planning, account development and internal communications. You must be able to enthuse or calm, depending on the situation, and have the experience to be persuasive at a senior level.
You will need to have 3-4 years of account management agency experience and be absolutely passionate about digital. Driven and self motivated you will ensure the health of client relationships and actively participate in finding solutions to client requirements.

Preloaded is looking for a Senior User Experience Architect to join our talented and growing team. You will be working on a number of exciting and varied projects, from interactive experiences and games through to sophisticated web builds with complex CMS requirements. The role will underpin all departments working within our user-centred design methodology. As well as working on active projects, you will also be involved in evaluating requirements and developing user experiences for pitches.
You will be expert in all areas of information architecture and usability and be able to use all the appropriate tools to deliver scenarios, personas, site maps, wireframes and user journeys. From a workshop perspective, you must be confident in conducting user experience workshops, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, prototyping and usability testing.

With a minimum of 2 years experience in digital agencies, you will be well versed in the front-end development languages and experienced in creating accessibile and usable sites, written in semantic and standards-compliant XHTML / HTML, CSS and Javascript. Importantly you will be able to communicate well and be happy working in a team environment.
Essential
- Min 4 year's commercial experience ideally in an agency environment
- Fluency with LAMP stack (Linux/UNIX, Apache, MySQL, PHP5)
- Strong SQL knowledge, including DB server installation, setup and design
